Havasu Stitchers was organized and formed on October 2, 1992, with 31 members and today averages 180 members. The purpose of this organization is to
contribute to the knowledge of and to promote the appreciation of fine quilts; to sponsor and support quilting activities; to encourage quilt making and
collecting; to contribute to the growth of knowledge of quilting techniques, textiles, patterns, history, and quilt makers through education.
Our Guild has something for everyone, from year round classes, retreats, social events and guild meetings. At our monthly general meetings we offer
educational demonstrations, Zoom lectures, mini trunk shows, show and tell, fun raffles and social opportunities that encourage friendship and the
love of quilt making.
